Booking Information

Educational programs are available year round unless otherwise stated.  Times are flexible to meet various school schedules.  Programs are approximately 2 hours in length; full-day programs are available upon request.

Half-Day Programs (2 hours) $3.00/student
Full-Day Programs (5 hours) $6.00/student
No fee for schools from the Thames Valley District School Board 

Teachers and chaperones are admitted free of charge.  Please have at least one chaperone for every eight students.
 

Please have the following information ready when you book your program:

Ø                   Program title
Ø                   Date of your visit (and an alternate date if we are unable to provide your first            choice)
Ø                   Arrival and departure times
Ø                   Grade level
Ø                   Number of participants and accompanying persons
Ø                   School address, telephone and fax number
Ø                   Special needs (learning, mobility, allergies, etc.) that students may have

If you need to cancel your program for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply.  This policy does not apply if school transportation is cancelled. 

Once you have booked an educational program at the Museum School, we will send you an information package that includes:
Ø                   A letter confirming the date, time and cost of the class visit
Ø                   Details of appropriate curriculum links
Ø                   Pre- and post-visit activity suggestions
 

The Museum School is not wheelchair accessible.
